Accepting your gifts of high sensitivity and unique perception as a HSP, gifted & neurodiverse
Gift or a curse? How high sensitivity and unique perception can be claimed as gifts and why might you still resist being called gifted?
When someone tells you that you're gifted because of high sensitivity, unique perception, complex mind etc., how do you feel?
From many conversations I've had, I know that many people don't see it that way. They can see how it might be a gift for others when they get to take advantage of those gifts.
Today I talk about how to claim and accept these gift can be a life-changing process for all highly sensitive, gifted, artistic, people who have so far felt burdened by their traits.
In my video I forgot to mention Emma who runs amazing YT channel Adults With Overexcitabilities. Thanks to her, I learned a little about giftedness.
