Perfectionism is deep habit of internalising high standards that often come at a very high price of stress, anxiety, low self-esteem to list just a few. The advice to deal with perfectionism shared from most sources is focused on the idea of changing behaviour. But this rarely works, right? I've observed that it's much easier to change the habit of perfectionism when you remember a certain truth about yourself.
