One advice I would give my younger self as a Highly Sensitive Person

This one advice can be easily missed amongst so many advice you here out there. But in a hindsight after wasting decades of my life away and building a thriving life as a HSP and 2-exceptional adult with various challenges, I am sure that this single advice would have made everything easier.
